CoderScout Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing CoderScout! This policy explains the terms for refunds and cancellations of our Credits and Enterprise Package.
Credits Purchase :
- Credits purchased through CoderScout are non-refundable once successfully credited to your account.
- Please review your usage and required credits before purchasing.
- If a technical issue prevents credits from being added to your account after purchase, please contact our support team.
- If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a full refund to the original payment source.
Enterprise Package Subscriptions :
- CoderScout offers monthly and yearly prepaid Enterprise Package.
- You can upgrade to one of these plans to access premium features.
Refunds :
- Full Refund (Enterprise Package): You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing a monthly or yearly plan, provided you have not extensively used the subscription benefits.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from using CoderScout as advertised, and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Credits: Refunds for credits are only applicable if credits were not delivered due to a system or technical error.
- Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of monthly or yearly plans, or for unused credits.
Refunds, where applicable, will take 5–7 business days to be processed and credited back to the original payment method.
Cancellations :
- You can cancel your Enterprise Package at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for any future billing periods.
- If you cancel during a prepaid term, you will retain access until the end of the paid period.
- Credits: Once purchased, credits remain available in your account until used. They are not affected by subscription cancellations.
Important Notes :
- Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- CoderScout reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
