CoderScout for Zoho Recruit
Zoho Recruit offers a powerful ATS and CRM in a single recruitment platform. With scalability, customization, and remote hiring tools, Recruit has everything your staffing agency or internal HR team needs to match the right candidate to the right role.
The CoderScout and Zoho Recruit integration enables you to leverage CoderScout’s assessment capabilities alongside Zoho Recruit’s robust ATS features. With this integration, you can effortlessly send CoderScout assessments to candidates directly from the Zoho Recruit interface, ensuring a seamless flow of data between the two platforms.
How to Integrate CoderScout
1. Installation & Prerequisites
Navigate to Settings > Marketplace and search for “CoderScout for Zoho Recruit”. Or directly go to this link and click on Install.
Follow the configuration steps to link your CoderScout account with Zoho Recruit.

2. Prerequisites After Installation
- Authorize Zoho OAuth
- Authorize CoderScout with API Key:
- Obtain your CoderScout API Key by navigating to Settings > Integrations page.
- Copy the API key and use it to authenticate CoderScout.

3. Sending an Assessment to the candidate(s)
Visit a candidate’s profile and initiate the test by clicking the “Send CoderScout Assessment” option shown below.

4. Schedule and Send Invitation
Select the desired job opening, assessment, test start time and send it to the candidate.
The candidate will receive an email with the test link, helping them validate system requirements and confirm their interview details.

5. Viewing the Assessment Result of the Candidate
In the candidate’s profile, go to the “CoderScout Assessment” section to view details such as:
- CoderScout Assessment Name
- Candidate’s Test Start Time
- Assessment Report URL
- Feedback
- Score

6. View Candidate’s Detailed Feedback
When the user clicks on Assessment Report URL, it takes the user to CoderScout’s candidate summary page.
The page contains following details:
- Overall Score
- Feedback
- Candidate’s Performance in Each Stage
- Activity Monitoring Log of the Candidate
On CoderScout, the user can also see full playback of candidate’s assessment.
